When you buy or sell a home through Pinnacle Patriots, the real estate agent who represents you agrees to share a portion of their commission with you. After your transaction closes, we issue you a cash rebate or reward check as our way of saying thank you for your service.
Savings vary depending on the price of the home, but most of our heroes receive hundreds to thousands of dollars back at closing. For example:
On a $250,000 home, you might receive a rebate of $1,500–$2,000.
On a $400,000 home, you could save $2,500–$3,000 or more.
The higher the purchase price, the higher your rebate.
No. The program is completely free for all eligible heroes. There are no enrollment fees, no membership costs, and no hidden charges—ever.

Yes. You must be an eligible hero—Military (active duty, veteran, reserve), First Responder, Teacher/Educator, or Healthcare Worker—and complete your transaction with a Pinnacle Patriots partner agent. Rebates are non-transferable and only apply to the specific person buying or selling the home.
